SendaOne v0.17.153

Contact

SendaOne is a single-person project. We do not have 24/7 support or a phone line. If you need to reach us, these are the direct channels. No web forms — all channels open your local mail client or browser.

Email

For all enquiries — support, non-sensitive bug reports, feature suggestions, press questions, exercise of GDPR / Law 1581 rights — write to:

[email protected]

Expected response time: 1 to 5 business days. Messages in English or Spanish are equally attended. If your enquiry involves a security vulnerability, do NOT use this channel — go to /security for the responsible disclosure flow.

GitHub

To report public bugs, request new features, view the roadmap or contribute a technical issue, use the GitHub repository:

github.com/smarroquinc10/maps-to-gpx

The repository is proprietary (code is not released under an open license), but issues are enabled so anyone can report problems, ask questions or request improvements. It is the preferred channel for technical discussion because it leaves a public record and other users can benefit.

Physical location

Operator: Sergio Marroquin Cabrera
Bogota, Colombia
Republic of Colombia

SendaOne has no public-facing office. A postal address will only be provided on justified request (for example, formal legal correspondence) by writing in advance to [email protected].

Infrastructure

For operational transparency, notification addresses for critical providers:

For any non-security, non-abuse report, ALWAYS write the operator first ([email protected]). Contacting Fly or Cloudflare directly for SendaOne enquiries delays the response and is unnecessary.

Press and media

Press requests, interviews or logo use in publications should be sent to the same [email protected] address with subject starting with [PRESS]. SendaOne is a personal project, not a company — we expect coverage proportional to that nature.
